We ask that if you need to cancel an appointment then you try where possible to give us at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to someone else if required.
You need to contact us as soon as possible on 01743243026; In particular we would class swelling, severe pain ( pain relief not effective) uncontrolled bleeding after extraction or a tooth being knocked out as urgent emergencies. For any help or advice with dental emergencies during surgery hours, call us on our phone number. If it is out of hrs please call 111 or ring our practice phone to listen to our OOH advice.

All Dentists, nurses and reception staff are experienced in ensuring even the most anxious patients have a relaxing visit to our practice. If you are feeling apprehensive about visiting the dentist, please let us know as soon as possible.
